Develop your swing through science based hitting mechanics, drill interval training, mental toughness tools, and the VBS system used by elite athletes! Experience the industry leading CUDIT Concentric Hitting program today! Athletes will utilize their Evolve At-Home Training space with video chat from a preferred batting cage or alternative hitting space. Training bats, hit stick, weighted balls, and latex exercise bands are some of the exciting equipment we will work with in addition to mirror, tee, and video training. Jen will customize your workouts with Repair Drills specifically for your athlete's mechanics and goals!
