About the event
During this exciting umpire field clinic, the staff will provide professional instruction covering: plate and base mechanics, signals, uniforms, equipment, and several basic rules that are the same in baseball and softball. Half Day Clinic participants will receive a hat, dry wick t-shirt, and a printed copy of Umpiring Is For U beginner umpire workbook!

WHAT TO WEAR Dress for inclement weather. Be ready for heat, cold, or rain. Sweats and sneakers, or an umpire uniform are perfect. Bring your catcher's gear or umpire gear if you have it. Extras will be provided for use during the clinic. Bring your glove too!
LUNCH HOUR will be from 12noon to 1:00pm for participants to eat where they choose or bring a bag lunch. Bring extra drinks and snacks for yourself to have on hand as you need throughout the clinic.
COVID-19 SAFETY will include participants masking up and washing hands when social distancing can not be maintained during some activities.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason if a registered participant does not contact Jen Pawol 12 hours prior to the event. Credit to future programming will be issued for those who experience unforeseen circumstances.
