About the event
90 minutes of drills and skills for catchers! Workout with former TEAM USA baseball catcher turned pro umpire Jen Pawol. See what it takes to be more than a backstop to lead your team on the field this spring! We'll cover basic "drills" for: blocking, framing, and throwing. Plus "skills" to help think the game within the game under pressure situations like: plays at the plate, dropped third strikes, fielding bunts, wild pitches, and catching pop ups around home plate.
All participants will recieve a high performance dry wick t-shirt, Fridge Notes for each individual with session notes to practice at home, and the chance to participate in a Q&A at the end of the workout.
Limited space available, 8 catchers max per clinic.
All participants must register ahead of time AND complete the Medical Waiver
Face masks will be required during the workout.
